Skill and educationsl background
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Electrical Engineering Field.
With at least 3 years’ hands on Experience in managing busy database environments.
3+ Years Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL and MSSQL database administration required and other Opensource Databases.
Experience in Oracle RAC, Dataguard, RMAN and Engineered systems.
Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows Server Operating system.
Database Systems Administration Techniques – understanding of DB Performance tuning on various Operating Systems, good troubleshooting skills, Database Migration, and ILM techniques.
Attention to details and analytical thinking.
Ability to organize and plan work independently.
Strong written and oral capability.

3+ years of EXADATA administration

2: System Engineer
Skill and educational background
· Graduate/Degree in computer science/Information Technology or Engineering.
· 3+ years’ experience in Windows, Linux server and Cloud Infrastructure environment administration.
· Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure monitoring solutions i.e. Splunk, ELK, Prometheus and grafana & others.
· Good understanding of System Administration Techniques – e.g. OS Performance, Windows, Virtualization, Linux enterprise, server/ storage and cloud infrastructure, Virtual Network Functions and Container Network Functions.
· Experience in Systems, Infrastructure and application monitoring and performance tuning.
· Experience in backup operations, strategies and BCP policies.
· Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, traceroute etc).
· Good understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
· Strong understanding of IT management best practice frameworks, such as ITIL.

· Certifications in VMware DC- VCP.

· Experience in Openstack and contarization platiforms.
· Experience with Container/PaaS orchestration/management platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, CloudFoundry and Tanzu.
· Extensive knowledge of Virtual Network Functions
· Experience in Brocade SAN Platforms (SAN Switches and Storage).

· Above 3 years’ experience in a busy I.T or Telecommunications environment –Involved in strategy modeling, planning, design, implementation, optimization and support of Datacenter and Campus Networks environment.
· In-depth understanding of Arista and Cisco networks environments is an added advantage.
· Router, Switches and NG firewall configuration and troubleshooting skills (Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint and Huawei)
· Load balancer configuration and troubleshooting skills (F5, Radware and Citrix)
· Mastery of IPsec Configuration and Troubleshooting Skills
· Network design and implementation experience, including working knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/IP Protocols, LAN, and WAN configurations.
· Knowledge in telephony systems for Voice and Video Communications.
· CCNA or HCNA Network Certifications in any line (RS, Security, Wireless, Voice) is desirable.

Good Skills on Team leaderships and people /Vendor managements.
