We are the eighth largest Coca-Cola bottling partner worldwide by revenue and the biggest on the continent, accounting for about 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes sold in Africa. We employ more than 18,000 people and our 39 bottling plants service over 735,000 customer outlets.

East Africa Bottling Share Company (EABSC), a subsidiary of CCBA, is the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia, having served the country for more than 60 years. EABSC has four plants in Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Dire Dawa and Sebeta. Sebeta, which was inaugurated in May 2022, is the largest Coca-Cola plant in Ethiopia.

Sebeta is able to produce an average of 72, 000 cases per day to service Ethiopia’s South-East and parts of its Southern regions, and bringing EABSC’s total production capacity to 352, 000 cases per day.

Ambo Mineral Water Share Company (AMWSC), with its 90-year track record in Ethiopia, is also a subsidiary of CCBA. CCBA in Ethiopia is one of just six companies to have achieved Top Employer status in Ethiopia for 2024 and 2025 As one of CCBA’s lead markets, Ethiopia is under the leadership of Melkamu Abebe.

Position: IT Field Engineer

Skills, Experience & Education:

• A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field

• 3 years experience on corporate IT matters

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, ITIL v 3 Foundation, ITIL v4 Foundation) will be advantageous

• Timely Resolution of IT Incidents : Ensure all user-reported issues are addressed within the agreed service level timelines

• Improved System Uptime : Minimize downtime by proactively maintaining and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure

• Enhanced User Satisfaction : Foster a positive end-user experience through efficient support and clear communication

• Accurate IT Asset Records : Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory of IT resources for operational efficiency

• Compliance with IT Policies : Ensure all actions and solutions align with organizational IT governance policies
