Position 1: Junior Building Management Officer

Educational Level and work Experience:  BSC degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Having Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archi CAD, and other Architectural Design software is Advantageous

Junior Building Management Officer is responsible for Preparing Interior Design for office, Prepare Branch Layout and Design, Prepare specification & Quantity of works to be done, Supervision of construction works, Prepare payments for the executed amount of works, Check any of the construction works against the given specification

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Store Keeper-I

Educational Level and work Experience:  BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of property management  related work experience

He/she is responsible to maintain proper inventory list of all fixed assets of the bank, to receive and to store materials and supplies against a copy of Bank’s purchase order and Delivery invoice of the supplier, to issue materials from stock per requisition, and to hand over stock to receiving organs or employees of the bank

Position 3: Building Management Officer

Educational Level and work Experience:  BSC degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management or any relevant field of study with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in  in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Experience in banking industry is Advantageous.

Position 4: Junior Hardware Technician

Educational Level and work Experience:  BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years’ of  experience in hardware maintenance.

The Jr. Hardware Technician is responsible to perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software install, update and troubleshoots applications

Position 5: Customer Service Supervisor Grade I

Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in banking operations

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks

Place of Work:  Damboya & Bonesha Branch

Position 6: Security Officer

Educational Level and work Experience:  BA/Diploma in Police Science from police college a minimum of 3/5 years work experience in security/military activities

The Security Officer ensures that the security force of the bank is performing well, studies, proposes and introduces improved methods of security system/techniques/ in the bank; Follow up and ensures that out sourced security guards and the company they belong to are properly working in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon and the internal guidelines stipulated

Position 7: Customer Service Supervisor Grade I

Educational Level and work Experience:  BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in banking operations

Position 8: Senior Interest Free Banking Operation Officer

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or business related field of study with Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations 2 Years In IFB Operation Officer.

He/She is responsible to Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers; Ensure segregation of accounts and funds of the IFB business with that of the conventional one and ensure proper consolidation at Branch level, Organize events like customer session and visit program

Position 9: Branch Manager – Grade-I

Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business related field of study with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position

The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Place of Work: New Branch at Jijiga City

Position 10: Branch Manager – Grade-I

Educational Level and work Experience:  BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with four years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two years in supervisory position

The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Position 11: Manager – Interest Free Banking

Educational Level and work Experience:  MBA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with six (6) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position; OR BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with six (8) years of experience of which two (2) should be at supervisory position.

The Manager responsible for to support the District’s information requirement by compiling comprehensive IFB performance related data about branches. The division is also responsible for producing various guidelines and IFB customer information useful for enhancing resource mobilization

Position 12: District Manager

Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related field, with eight 8/10 years of experience of which Four (4) years should be at senior supervisor position

He/she is responsible to Communicate directives and instructions from Head office, Assess and recommend potential areas for branch expansion, Direct and monitor the resource mobilization activities of branches ,Enforce customer service quality standards ,Follow up and authorize provision of required materials/resources and facilities to branches, Review and approve requests for loans within his/her discretion ,Follow up the settlement of overdue loans and ensure appropriate actions are taken timely against defaulters; Prepare district work plans and monitor their execution,
