Positon 1: GENERAL MANAGER


Requirements


Educational Qualifications • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in health administration, Healthcare Management, Business
Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

Job Experience • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare institutions, nursing homes, hospitals, or
similar organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing home.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on organizational performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the implementation of Board-approved policies and strategic initiativesPrepare and present organizational reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee all daily operations of the nursing home.
  • Ensure efficient coordination among clinical, administrative, financial, and support departments.
  • Establish operational objectives and performance standards.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop systems that improve service delivery, efficiency, and organizational
  • Ensure continuity of services during emergencies and operational disruptions.
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.

  • Represent the nursing home at meetings, conferences, and community events.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and public relations strategies.
  • Promote occupancy growth and service utilization.
  • Strengthen the nursing home’s brand and community presence.
  • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across all departments.
  • Support the organization in any assigned respoinsibilities .

Positon 2: ADMINISTRATION AND Human RESOURCE MANAGEMENT


Requirements


Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, or related field.

Job Experiance• Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration Oversee daily administrative operations of the nursing home.
  • Develop systems and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective document management and record-keeping systems.
  • Supervise administrative personnel and support services.
  • Maintain office equipment and administrative resources.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, licenses, certifications, and organizational documents.
  • Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and healthcare industry requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation and employee compensation processes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and personnel records.

Job Experience:Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible financial management experience. At least 3 years or more in a leadership or managerial role.

Experience in healthcare, nursing homes, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, or social care institutions are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify payroll accuracy and supporting documentation.Supervise payroll preparation and processing.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment of obligations and supplier accounts.
  • Monitor collection of receivables and resident payments.
  • Develop strategies to improve cash flow management.
  • Oversee general ledger management and reconciliation processes.

Position 4: Fianance officer

Requirements


Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.


Job Experiance: Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience managing day-to –day finacial transactions Experaince working in health related organization such as clinics , hospitals , health centers Proficiency in advanced accounting softwares and in Microsoft Excel (Peachtree/Sage 50 is the
local standard).

Knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, payroll administration, and financial reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record payments, receipts, and journal entries with high accuracy.
  • Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations and manage disbursements and
  • replenishments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow.
  • Assist in internal / external audit preparations and ensure all operations adhere to Ethiopian
  • labor/tax laws .
  • Implement safeguards for organizational assets and maintain the integrity of the financial system.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with the Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations Proclamation.
  • Handle monthly tax filings, including Withholding Tax (WHT), Income Tax (PAYE), and Pension
  • contributions via the e-tax system.Ensure timely settlement of all statutory obligations to the Ethiopian Customs and Revenues
  • Authority (ECRA).
  • Facilitate internal and external annual audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Manage the fixed asset register and perform periodic physical inventory counts.

Position 5: Administrative Assistant

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Management, Office Administration, or relatedfield. Excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive visitors and clients professionally. • Manage telephone and email communications. Maintain records and appointments. Support administrative functions. Handle inquiries and referrals. •Prepare reports and letter correspondence. Ensure smooth front-office operations.

Positon 6: Head Nurse

Requirements

Educatonal Qualifications: BSc or higher in Nursing with active professional license. • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing

Job experience, preferably in elderly care or long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead nursing services and supervise nursing staff. • Ensure quality and safe patient care. •
  • Develop nursing schedules and staffing plans. • Monitor clinical documentation and reporting. •
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care services. • Conduct staff coaching and performance evaluations. •

Position 7:JUNIOR NURSE
